Mint and chocolate Ice Cream





Some of you know about my camera die, someones  dont understand Im sad, but when you have a recipes blog we made food or baking and of course we taked pictures.
I have my cel and take sometimes pictures but is not the same, anyway I find some recipes that I made a time ago and doesnt post  and have the pictures with my camera, like this mint and chocolate Ice Cream, so I posted, I hope  have a camera soon is not easy for me, and so cost you know...








Ingredients

1 cup whole milk cold
3/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of heavy cream
pinch of salt
2 tsp peppermint extract
some drops  of green food coloring
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Method


In a large bowl, stir together the milk, cream, sugar, salt,  and the peppermint extract until the sugar has dissolved. Color to your liking with the green food coloring.               
Pour the mixture into an metal dish or an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. After about 30 minutes into the freezing, add the chocolate chips.

After the ice cream has thickened, about 1 hour  , spoon into a container, and freeze for 2 hours more.

Helado de menta y chocolate






Algunos de ustedes saben que mi cámara definitivamente parece que murió. Algunos diran que tanto, pero cuando uno tiene un blog de recetas las fotos son importantes .
Bueno por suerte encontre unas recetas que no había publicado y que estaban las fotos. asi que ahora publico esta receta de Helado de menta con chips de chocolate.

Ingredientes

1  taza de leche entera
3/4 taza de azucar
2 tazas de crema
1 pizca de sal
2 cucharaditas de extracto de menta
Unas gotas de colorante verde
 1 taza de chips de chocolate o chocolate en trozos

Preparación

En un bol mezclar la leche, la crema, el azúcar y la pizca de sal y el extracto de menta,revolver hasta que el azúcar se disuelva.
Agregar algunas gotas de colorante si se quiere.
Poner la mezcla en una fuente metálica (si se tiene máquina se hace como dice el fabricante) congelar durante unos 30 minutos, entonces agregar los chips de chocolate y mezclar.
Volver a congelar por una hora revolver y congelar unas dos horas más siempre revolver suavemente por los chips de chocolate.
Despues de servir congelar nuevamente.

    2. Cameras are sneaky! But Gloria has a nice big spinning earth there on her sidebar in plain sight and the three of us were the only ones on there. Kinda hard not to notice you! lol.
